All products are sent out per registered airmail parcel and arrive within less than 30 days, mostly requiring circa 10 to 21 days for arrival depending on country. There may be some countries take a little longer.

We accept responsibility for any broken or otherwise unsatisfactory products, except thwn the package is damaged on the outside, in which case, you must refuse to accept the parcel and make a complaint to your post office, and we will accept the return parcel and replace it with new item. All Amulets guaranteed authentic or money back.

If your Amulet, or your goods ordered did not arrive, or get lost in the post, we guarantee that we always replace the goods or return the money to you.

Please do not take out PayPal claims if you are worried about your order. You must contact us first, because we always ready to assist you and refund or replace the goods. You can therefore not lose with us, unless you enter into a breach of agreement by escalating paypal claims without contacting us.

Customer Claims Policy for Paypal Claims and Disputes;

If you paid for your order with paypal, and have an issue, we do not allow undiscussed issues to be raised to a claim unless you contact us first to solve your problem if any. If you raise a claim before contacting us, you are in breach of contract before ever passing through paypal’s portal, and the claim will be null and void.
